I think I made too much--used 2 butternut squash--and they must have been large! So it lasted for several days. But we found that it was much nicer after the first day. Not that it was not nice on the first day--it was--but exceptionally nice after that! AND I discovered that a spoonful of my cranberry sauce in the middle of the bowl looked beautiful and was the perfect accent for the soup! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
