The soup is excellent, you should make it soon! You can also roast the squash, peel it and then freeze it, so that when you want to put it together quickly, you can easily do so. I love to cook about as much as I love to pot, so I will be posting recipes from time to time. Also, I will be putting up a bunch of technical stuff over time, as a nice way to disseminate some of the stuff I've picked up over the past 34 years in clay. Thanks for writing! Richard Gay,
